Good news for Amaravati
AP: Ministry of Railways has given notification for land acquisition of Errupalem-Amaravati-Nambur 56.53 KM railway line. In the new line, 9 stations will be constructed at Peddapuram, Chinnaravupalem, Gottumukkala, Paritala, Kothapeta, Vaddamanu, Amaravathi, Tadikonda and Koppuravur. Amaravati will be the main station. A 3KM bridge will be constructed on the Krishna river between Kothapeta-Vaddamanu. It is estimated that Rs.2600 crores will be spent for this project.
